Location
Our tournament is held each year in Waxahachie, Texas and is hosted by the Waxahachie Soccer Association at their home fields in the Waxahachie Sports Complex
(151 Broadhead Rd, Waxahachie TX 75165).
Last year we had over 120 teams from Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana!
Format & Fees
All ages will play 4v4 (no goalie) with a max roster size of 8 players. Each team is $275.
Players can play on more than one team, but only one team per division.
There will be divisions for 6U-14U (boys and girls), High School (boys, girls and coed), and Adult (mens, womens and coed).
Schedule
We anticipate the schedule being available no later than the Monday before the tournament. We will post here once it is completed.
Teams will play on beginning as early as 9am on Saturday and on thru the night. No games will begin later than midnight.

Referees
We are always on the lookout for amazing referees to work our event! If you have any referees on your team who would like to pick up a few games, please have them contact our referee assignor: referee@waxahachiesoccer.org
Outline
This is an open roster tournament which means that ANYONE can play. It doesn't matter if they currently play on a team or not!
All teams guaranteed 3 games, there will be one championship game per division.

Awards
Both teams playing in the championship game will receive an award immediately following the completion of the game.
COSTUMES ARE ENCOURAGED! Team with best costumes also wins an award!
Online Check-In
All teams must complete online check-in no later than the Monday prior to the tournament. Failure to do so will result in your team losing points.
